Taicang Juyuan Port Development Co., Ltd. (Corp. for short) was founded in Chengxiang Town Taicang on 25 March 2003. It mainly deals with industrial investment, infrastructure, real estate and social public career. The present one is Suzhou Taicang 3-phase Beach enclosed & stuffed program, (3-phase for short). It is located in the down stream of Taicang Fuqiao Yuantai Int’l Port, up stream of Qiyakou, entrance to Yangtze River, close to Shanghai. It is of superior geography and good condition.

　3-phase is developed together with Corp. and Taicang Zhonghui. The Corp. invests 55% of the whole project. The project has section A and section B, and is constructed by Shanghai Shidongkou Cofferdam Development Project Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Tongte Construction Project Co., Ltd. 3-phase has cofferdam project and stuffed project, concretely construction prepare, jackstone defense, 1^st prismoidal, drainage board, 2^nd prismoidal, 3^rd prismodidal, stuffed construction, complete check. On 26 October 2003, the 3-phase started. Section A and section B was pre-checked in December 2004 and March 2005 respectively. It covers a total area of 4000mu.
